From the very beginnings of Cafès Pont we have always pursued a single goal: serving a quality product to our customers.

How do we do it? Well, we are in contact with the producers at each source, and we receive the green coffee beans at our plant in Sabadell, where we roast and process each blend to achieve the best results. Last but not least, a team of people dedicated to offering our customers every facility to ensure that they have nothing to worry about is the culminating highlight of the service that we offer.


Armand and Feliu Pont are two brothers, who set out on the Cafès Pont journey in the year 1952. Born in the Americas, they were the sons of a family of merchants from Sabadell. They were still young children when they arrived in Sabadell and ended up staying there. From a very early age they were in contact with commerce, helping at home with the family business of producing and selling soap.

In 1952, they decided to earn their living by setting up a new business consisting of a small shop on Carrer Sant Antoni. Feliu, a music lover, sold his saxophone and with the proceeds he purchased their first sacks of coffee. While he roasted, sold, and distributed coffee to the city’s most emblematic hotel and catering establishments, his brother Armand took charge of purchasing the green coffee at source and also looked after the bookkeping.

Together, they managed to build a solid company that was ruled by its principal motto of serving a quality product to its costumers. This was how, from its very beginnings, the business earned the trust of thousands of establishments that, all around the courntry, continue to believe in us today.
