Origin

In the case of N52, its essence comes from the union of selected Arabica beans from different regions of Central and South America. Each origin contributes a nuance: roundness, sweetness, smoothness. The result is a harmonious coffee, designed to accompany any time of day. In N34, the intensity comes from the union of Arabica and Robusta beans from South America and Asia. From lands of generous sunshine and fertile soils come beans with body and depth. Each origin contributes its balance: Arabica offers smoothness and rounded nuances; Robusta, strength and persistence. The result is a clean, sweet, and stable profile, designed to reach its full potential in super-automatic machines. This roast provides smoothness, consistency, and a velvety texture that remains constant sip after sip. At N34, we also use a medium roast, carried out slowly in a traditional drum roaster. Tasting

N52 is a versatile coffee, designed to accompany you at any time of day. Its harmonious profile makes it ideal to enjoy on its own, in a short or long cup, but it also blends naturally with milk or plant-based beverages, maintaining its character and leaving a smooth and lingering sensation. It is especially recommended for espresso, with an extraction temperature between 82°C and 86°C, where it unfolds all its sweetness and velvety texture. It also works well in a moka pot or super-automatic machine, thanks to its medium roast and the stability it offers in every brew. N34 reveals its full strength in espresso, with an extraction temperature between 83°C and 87°C, where it displays its body and depth. Yes. All our whole bean coffees are designed to work perfectly in super-automatic coffee machines. You just need to adjust the grind and strength to your liking.

To preserve its full aroma and flavor, we recommend storing the coffee in a cool, dry place. The best before date is two years from the packaging date. Once opened, it’s best to consume it within a few weeks to enjoy it at its peak.
