The Collection range is characterized by a slow roasting process, which gives the coffee a distinctive flavor and the ideal conditions for its preparation in super-automatic coffee machines.

In the case of N52, its essence comes from the union of selected Arabica beans from different regions of Central and South America. Each origin contributes a nuance: roundness, sweetness, smoothness. The result is a harmonious coffee, designed to accompany any moment of the day. N73’s story begins on certified farms in Central and South America, where coffee growers work sustainably, respecting the natural cycle of cultivation. From these fertile, sun-drenched lands emerge beans with a balanced personality, combining aroma, smoothness, and body in perfect harmony.

At N52, we use a medium roast, carried out slowly in a traditional drum roaster. This extended process, at a lower temperature but for a longer time, allows the bean to roast evenly, enhancing its expression without masking any nuances. The result is a clean, sweet, and stable profile, designed to reach its full potential in super-automatic machines. This roast provides smoothness, consistency, and a velvety texture that remains constant sip after sip. At N73, we also use a medium roast, carried out slowly in a traditional drum roaster. It is especially recommended for espresso, with an extraction temperature between 82°C and 86°C, where it unfolds all its sweetness and velvety texture. Yes. All our whole bean coffees are designed to work perfectly in super-automatic coffee machines. You just need to adjust the grind and strength to your liking.

To preserve its full aroma and flavor, we recommend storing the coffee in a cool, dry place. The best before date is two years from the packaging date. Once opened, it’s best to consume it within a few weeks to enjoy it at its peak.
