Each coffee tells a different story:
Its land, its aroma, its personality.

Here we tell you what makes this variety unique.

Origin

In N34, intensity arises from the union of Arabica and Robusta beans from South America and Asia. From sun-drenched lands and fertile soils come beans with body and depth. Each origin contributes its own balance: Arabica offers smoothness and rounded nuances; Robusta, strength and persistence. Their blend reveals a firm and long-lasting coffee, ideal for those seeking an intense and authentic experience.

Tasting notes

On the palate, N34 displays a firm and persistent character. From the first sip, its intense body is evident, evolving into a round and balanced sensation. The flavor is deep and lingering, with hints of dark chocolate and a delicate floral touch that lead to a slightly acidic and harmonious finish, leaving a pleasant impression on the palate. A coffee with presence, designed for those who enjoy a gentle and lasting intensity.

Sensory profile

Cada café tiene su propio lenguaje sensorial. El perfil que ves representado aquí es una forma visual de entender cómo se expresa esta variedad en aspectos clave como el cuerpo, el aroma, la acidez o el sabor.
N34 is a coffee of high intensity and a distinct personality. It stands out for its full body, persistent aroma, and balanced sweetness that contrasts with a gentle acidity. The flavor is deep and consistent, with a long aftertaste that maintains its strength without losing harmony. Consistent and expressive, it offers a rich, robust, and perfectly balanced sensory experience.

Toast

At N34, we use a medium roast, carried out slowly in a traditional drum roaster. This extended process, at a lower temperature but for a longer time, allows the beans to roast evenly, enhancing their expression without masking any nuances. The result is an intense and stable profile, with a full body and a dense texture that remains consistent sip after sip. A roast that brings out the best in each origin and prolongs its character in every cup.

Tasting

N34 reveals its full strength in espresso, with an extraction temperature between 83°C and 87°C, where it unfolds its body and depth. It also performs perfectly in a moka pot or super-automatic machine, thanks to its medium and uniform roast, which guarantees consistency in every brew. This blend pairs perfectly with milk or plant-based beverages: its natural intensity balances the mix, resulting in a creamy, comforting, and flavorful drink.

Commitment

At Cafès Pont, we believe that making good coffee also means doing it right. That’s why we work with producers who use responsible farming practices, and we certify our coffee with seals like Rainforest Alliance, CCPAE, and ISO 22000, which guarantee not only the quality of the coffee but also respect for the environment, people, and traceability. We roast our coffee daily and package it in 100% recyclable formats, ensuring its preservation and reducing waste. We champion whole bean coffee as a more efficient, conscious, and honest option compared to other less sustainable consumption systems. We’re not driven by a trend. We’re driven by a way of understanding coffee: with discernment, commitment, and responsibility at every step, from origin to cup.

Do you have any questions?

You don’t need to be an expert to enjoy coffee, but understanding a few concepts can help you savor it more. Here we answer the most common questions.

These are natural nuances perceived when smelling and tasting coffee. They aren’t added aromas, but rather a reflection of its origin, variety, processing, and roasting. You can find everything from chocolate, nuts, and cereals to flowers, citrus fruits, or berries. Discovering them is part of the experience.

Roasting is the cooking process for the coffee bean and is key to defining its flavor, aroma, and body. A lighter roast highlights acidity and fruity or floral flavors; a darker roast enhances body and bitterness. At Cafès Pont, we primarily work with medium roasts because they are versatile, balanced, and bring out the best in each origin.

Yes. All our whole bean coffees are designed to work perfectly in super-automatic coffee machines. You just need to adjust the grind and strength to your liking.

To preserve its full aroma and flavor, we recommend storing the coffee in a cool, dry place. The best before date is two years from the packaging date. Once opened, it’s best to consume it within a few weeks to enjoy it at its peak.

Some of our varieties are certified by organizations such as the Rainforest Alliance and the CCPAE organic label. Furthermore, Cafès Pont holds ISO 22000:2018 certification for food safety and collaborates directly with producers who implement responsible practices at the source.

The sensory profile describes how coffee is perceived in the mouth: its body, acidity, flavor, aroma, aftertaste, sweetness, and consistency. It’s a way to understand the complete experience in each cup, from the first sip to the last nuance. At Cafès Pont, we analyze each coffee to guarantee a rich, balanced, and consistent experience, tailored to different tastes and times of day.
