The professional Aroma grinding mechanism guarantees an ideal grinding result, the latest infusion processes allow the full development of the coffee aromas and trendy specialities will look better than ever thanks to a smooth and compact milk foam. The innovative E8 masters 17 different specialities, from the aromatic Espresso to the popular Cortado. Even the longest and smoothest specialities such as Café Barista and Lungo Barista are perfect, as if they were made in a coffee shop. A new hydraulic system prepares them in the long-standing barista tradition. Those who prefer stronger drinks can give their Cappuccino, Flat White or Latte Macchiatto a stronger kick with the additional Extra Shot function.
The state-of-the-art hydraulic system even allows automatic cleaning of the milk system at the touch of a button. Another feature of the E8 that is characteristic of the top-of-the-range JURA series. It is even easier and more intuitive to operate.
The professional Aroma grinder guarantees 12.2 %* more aroma, a consistently high quality of the ground material and thus a perfect flavour display throughout the lifetime of the grinder. A 2.8-inch colour display, six buttons and a completely new operating concept with artificial intelligence make everything very simple. An intelligent algorithm recognises the user’s individual preferences and offers 2 or 4 personal favourites from the specialities on the start screen. You can adapt the product settings and their placement on the display, as well as show and hide product names. All relevant information about the automatic coffee machine and information about upcoming care tasks are shown in the display configurator.
The elaborate cleaning of the milk system is done automatically at the touch of a button and only takes a moment. The drip tray also ensures maximum ergonomics. Its design prevents water from overflowing and it can be removed with just one hand.
