The new Z10 is a true masterpiece of Swiss engineering that doubles the range of speciality coffees. It can prepare the entire range of hot products, from intense Espresso to modern Flat White, at the touch of a button. But it doesn’t stop there: thanks to the Cold Brew specialities, it opens the door to a whole new parallel world of coffee enjoyment for the first time. This is thanks to the product recognition grinder (P.R.G.), which detects the selected speciality and quickly and precisely adjusts the grind.
JURA has also developed the innovative Cold Extraction process, a refreshing innovation of the highest order in the truest sense of the word. In this process, cold water is slowly filtered through the freshly ground coffee in pulses. The result is a completely new way of enjoying coffee: refreshing, energetic and with a well-balanced aroma.
The high-end automatic coffee machine is operated via a 4.3-inch touchscreen with quick response and the Blue Crystal Rotary Switch. Thanks to the Speciality Selection menu and artificial intelligence, operation is particularly simple and intuitive. The quantum leap in technology is reflected in the sculptural design. The concave-convex front underlines the attention to detail and the absolute precision of the workmanship. Its top quality makes the Z10 a true ode to good taste.
JURA engineers have developed the Product Recognition Grinder (P.R.G.) to ensure the optimum grind for every speciality coffee. Thanks to its electronic control, the grinder needs only tenths of a second to adjust itself individually to the preset grind grade. It allows much faster and more frequent adjustments than any manual adjustment. Its grind range extends from the finest levels for short classics to the coarsest levels for longer specialities.
Coffee lovers won’t even notice this process, as the setting is fully automatic for each brew and, thanks to Aroma Selection, can be individually selected before each brew if desired.
The Z10 prepares authentic Cold Brew specialities using the Cold Extraction Process. While most cold coffee drinks are made from hot brewed coffee that is allowed to cool, the Z10 extracts with cold water, using pulses, low pressure and a coarser than normal ground coffee. The result in the cup is a refreshing, energetic drink that reinforces the fruity aromas of the coffee without being overshadowed by the bitter substances that accompany them. Otherwise, it would simply be cold coffee.
The brewing unit is the heart of any automatic coffee machine. JURA has built the 8th generation brewing unit for the Z10. Its unique 3D brewing technology ensures that the water flows evenly through the ground coffee on several levels. This maximises the aroma in both hot and cold brew specialities.
For the Aluminium White, JURA uses three-millimetre-thick solid aluminium plates for the front and top. The raw material takes on the characteristic “face” of the Z line in elaborate working steps. The electrochemical process of anodising enhances the surface. The colour reinforces both the typical character of the material and the shape. A zinc chrome-plated die-cast cup platform completes the distinguished appearance of the Z10 Aluminium White.

Using the integrated RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) chip, the CLARIS Smart continuously collects information on filter usage and notifies you when the filter capacity has been used up. The automatic machines automatically detect and refill the CLARIS Smart by injection.
Limescale is the biggest enemy of water-operated household appliances. Use only JURA descaling tablets. They gently remove limescale and thus extend the service life of your coffee machine.
Cleaning prolongs the service life of your fully automatic coffee machine and keeps the coffee quality at the highest level. Only use JURA cleaning tablets for this purpose. These are ideally suited to the cleaning programme.
It’s as simple as this to ensure that your combined dispensing system works properly and is hygienic: clean the milk system daily if you have been preparing milk. It only takes about two minutes to do this. Use only the JURA milk system cleaner. This has been specially developed for cleaning the milk system.
