GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
The General Contracting Conditions regulate the distance selling relationship between CAFÉS PONT S.L., with C.I.F. B60483765, and the user or client, in accordance with the legal stipulations, in particular, Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Contracting Conditions, Law 3/2014, of March 27, by which it is modified the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, The current and applicable regulations on the Protection of Personal Data, Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and the Law 34/2002 of July 11, Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.
CAFÉS PONT, S.L. reserves the right to make the modifications it deems appropriate, without prior notice, in the General Conditions. Said modifications may be made, through their websites, by any form admissible by law and shall be binding during the time they are published on the web and until they are validly modified by subsequent ones. However, CAFÉS PONT, S.L. reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Specific Contracting Conditions in preference to these General Conditions when it deems it appropriate, announcing them in a timely and appropriate manner.
The objective is that the experience when making the purchase of the products is easy and agile. These Conditions and Terms of Use have been designed to ensure that the purchase process on our website is satisfactory and understandable for you. PRICES
The applicable prices are those indicated on the website on the date of the order. The prices that appear detailed in each product include the VAT (Value Added Tax). The amount of shipping costs is indicated to the customer in a broken down manner at the time the order is placed.
CAFÉS PONT, S.L. reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, the modifications it deems appropriate, being able to update, even daily, products and prices depending on the news that appear.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Depending on the article or articles that you purchase at www.cafespont.com, different delivery methods are available to you. In this regard, when you make payment, you will be asked to choose a method of delivery in relation to your order.
Shipping destinations
We currently send orders to Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Andorra and Portugal.
Delivery times and costs
We offer the following methods of delivery:
- Standard shipping (48 / 72h on business days)
You will receive your order within 48 to 72 hours, in full business days. Business days are considered business days from Monday to Friday. The amount of the shipping costs is indicated to the customer, in a detailed manner, in the shopping cart and at the time the order is placed.
- Pick up at our headquarters: Avenida Rafael Casanova 40, Sabadell (Barcelona)
Some shopping areas have a free pick-up option, at the CAFÉS PONT headquarters. To be able to pick up directly at this location, the customer must receive a confirmation via email that their order is prepared and ready to be picked up.
If for some reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to continue with the purchase, establishing a new delivery date or alternatively of cancelling the order with a total refund on the price paid. Take into account that in any case we do not make deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, it will be understood that the “delivery” has been made or that the order has been delivered at the moment the receipt of the same is signed at the delivery address indicated.
CAFES PONT carries out exhaustive monitoring of the purchase of the product from the time that the order is made until its delivery is complete. For this reason, before sending the product, CAFES PONT checks the condition of it and carries out a series of actions and exercises to ensure that the product is delivered in perfect conditions.
These actions and exercises may be revealed to the buyer should the buyer manifest any loss or deterioration of the product.
Impossibility of delivery
If, after two attempts, it is impossible for us to complete the delivery of your order, we will contact you immediately. We will also leave you a note indicating where your order is and how to proceed in order to collect it.

PAYMENT METHODS
The customer may pay the amount of his purchase opting for any of the following ways. During the purchase process you must indicate your choice:
- VISA or MASTERCARD credit card
All operations that involve the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment, a server based on the standard security technology SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). All the information that you transmit to us travels encrypted through the network.
Likewise, the information about your credit card is entered directly on the bank’s page, at the POS (Bank’s Point of Sale Terminal) and is not entered or registered on any CAFÉS PONT server.
When paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD card, the following information will always be requested: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA card or MASTERCARD, offering, in this way, more guarantees about the security of the transaction.
- Bank transfer
In this case, the client must pay the total amount of his purchase by transfer to our bank account, once he receives the Confirmation of the Purchase Order, in which the bank account number where the transfer is to be made is indicated. As soon as CAFÉS PONT obtains confirmation of payment, the product will be delivered to your home according to the terms described in the shipping and delivery conditions.
When the amount of a purchase has been charged fraudulently or improperly using the number of a payment card, its holder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In this case, the corresponding debit and reimbursement annotations in the accounts of the supplier and the holder will be made as soon as possible.
However, if the purchase had actually been made by the cardholder and the demand for return was not a consequence of having exercised the right of withdrawal or resolution and, therefore, had improperly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, it will remain liable to CAFÉS PONT to compensate for the damages caused as a result of said cancellation.
RETURNS POLICY
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the last of these goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify CAFES PONT S.L, Av. Rafael Casanova nº40, 08206 Sabadell, Barcelona, e-mail marketing@cafespont.com, telephone + 34 93 726 62 22, of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but its use is not compulsory.
In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the least expensive mode of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will collect the goods.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Returns of incorrect or faulty products.
In cases where you consider that the product delivery time is not in line with that stipulated or, alternatively, you have received another product in error, you should contact our Customer Service department via email at marketing@cafespont.com
