100% Arabica represents the essence of the roaster’s craft: a pure, honest, and carefully balanced coffee. Its traditional drum medium roast allows each bean to express its natural character, resulting in a smooth cup with a light body and an enveloping aroma. The result is a fine, velvety coffee with a slight bitterness that balances its sweetness and leaves a lingering, pleasant sensation.

At 100% Arabica, we use a traditional medium drum roast, a slow process that enhances the bean’s elegance and maintains its natural balance. The result is an aromatic profile with moderate acidity, a velvety texture, and a lingering flavor that invites you to keep enjoying it.

Tasting

100% Arabica coffee is especially suited for moka pots, filter coffee makers, or drip coffee makers, with an extraction temperature between 82°C and 86°C, where it fully expresses its aroma and smoothness. Its precise grind allows for a balanced brew, resulting in a clear, light, and expressive cup. Yes. All our whole bean coffees are designed to work perfectly in super-automatic coffee machines. You just need to adjust the grind and strength to your liking.

To preserve its full aroma and flavor, we recommend storing the coffee in a cool, dry place. The best before date is two years from the packaging date. Once opened, it’s best to consume it within a few weeks to enjoy it at its peak.

Some of our varieties are certified by organizations such as the Rainforest Alliance and the CCPAE organic label. Furthermore, Cafès Pont holds ISO 22000:2018 certification for food safety and collaborates directly with producers who implement responsible practices at the source.
